Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes, everyone can be hypnotized to some degree.  When you listen to music, read a book or watch television.. these are all forms of hypnosis but how deeply under you go depends on if you are being guided or not.  Say, for instance, you're listening to music while driving.  Have you ever reached your destination but not actually remembered the entire trip?  Sure you have.  You went into automatic pilot.  Hypnosis is similar.  With a hypnotist to guide you, however, you can go deeper and further into trance.

Under hypnosis can you force someone to do something they do not want to? No.  It's a falsehood and myth that someone under hypnosis can be made to do something they don't want to do.  A willing, open-minded subject under hypnosis will do what they are comfortable with.  Being led outside of that comfort zone would break the trance.  Anything a subject is inclined to do while awake can be enhanced while under hypnosis.   If your fantasy is to be put under hypnosis and forced to wear high heels then the inclination to do it is already there.  The hypnotist could tap into that inclination and strengthen it.

Can hypnosis help me in my every day life? Hypnosis is an amazing stress reliever.  Not unlike meditation, it is a way to escape, relax and allow your body and mind complete and total rest.  Hypnosis can be used as a way to reboot yourself.  Whether guided creative visualization, listening to an mp3 or music, watching a hypnotic trance, allowing the conscious mind to relax will help your overall self to feel refreshed.

Can erotic hypnosis suggestion enhance my sex life? I'm new to all of this and intrigued, where do I start? Do some research about hypnosis.  Know the facts before you start.  Don't trust just anyone who says they can hypnotize you.  Know your hypnotist.   Learn the difference between erotic hypnosis and straight hypnosis. 

How do you, Inamorata, connect spirituality and sensuality? My sensuality and spirituality are connected in that I believe I am most open, honest and true to myself when I am truly me without pretense.  The Divine resides within me and when I choose to tap into that self, I have a sense of heightened awareness, resolve, power and sexuality that resonates through me.  This may not be the case for everyone but it is how I see it and experience it.
